Fender US Standard Stratocaster (1999) My main guitar. Has the EMG David Gilmour active pickups and tone controls. Fender Japan Stratocaster (1993) Backup guitar. Has the scratchplate, pickups & controls that were on my US Strat. Also fitted with a Roland Synth pickup for when I start playing synth on stage. Gibson Les Paul Junior (1960) My first 'real' guitar, bought in 1968. Now used for slide playing. I really messed this guitar up by replacing the pickup and having it converted to left-handed. In its original condition it would be worth about £3,000 (sob, sob). Gibson Les Paul Deluxe (1980) Bought in 2003 from a right-handed guitarist who lost some of the fingers from his left hand in a bizarre farming accident and decided to learn to play left-handed. Weird! Could well become my main guitar. Mesa Boogie Nomad 100 2x12 combo Awsome amp - three channels, all valve, loads of footswitchable options. However, it's not very reliable. May get its marching orders if it doesn't pull its socks up. Digitech RP-6 Effects Processor I bought this one 'cos it has a tough metal case. Even Richard's big fat feet couldn't break it!
