"As our first "UNPLUGGED" gig is fast approaching, we thought we'd tell our fan about what we're going to be doing. We'll be using a PA but there'll be no actual drums or backline amplification, apart from a small amp for bass. No screaming guitars or drummers knocking up a shed at the back! There will be some light percussion, but all the guitars will be electro-acoustics. We'll be performing songs by the likes of Neil Young, The Eagles, Crosby Stills & Nash, The Beatles, America, Tom Waits, James Taylor etc, plus a couple of interesting solo spots. Anyway, our devoted fan, don't forget the place and time. Rising Sun, Nether Green (or Fulwood, if you like) Monday 20th September. It's not massive so be early. We're still arguing about what sort of chairs to sit on, but hopefully we'll be more or less visible above the crowd!"
